When will my router arrive?

Your router will arrive 1-2 days prior to your go live date.
We will send you an email and text with your tracking details once this has been shipped. You may need to allow a few hours for the tracking ID to work, whilst the courier scans it in to their system. All routers are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 24.
