Distance from the router.
Can your router be placed in a more centralized location in the property?
Do you need a mesh device to extend your Wi-Fi coverage?Number of connected devices.
How many devices are you connecting to the router?

All routers have a set amount of channels to use in the UK, and a lot of the time your neighbours router may be on the same channel as yours, this causes interference that can inhibit your Wi-Fi performance as they compete.
Try changing the channel using the routers in built channel scanner.Physical blockages
Is your router next to the TV, In a cupboard, on the floor?
Think of the Wi-Fi signal like a speaker, if you want to hear it clearly, then you need to place it where there are no obstructions like metal, electronic or dense walls.
